Welcome to khalovip. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and khalovip ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the khalovip website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on khalovip. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering on khalovip, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your khalovip account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify khalovip support immediately. khalovip will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Enable two-factor authentication for additional account security.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Update your password regularly and do not reuse passwords from other platforms.

khalovip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your khalovip balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. khalovip does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily deposit limit: ৳200,000 (may vary by account verification level)
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

khalovip reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. If you cannot verify that the depositing account belongs to you, the deposit may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals on khalovip are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. Withdrawals to a different account than the one used for deposit will not be processed without additional verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳100,000
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳500,000 (VIP players may have higher limits)
• Average processing time: under 5 minutes for verified accounts
• Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 24 hours

Before your first withdrawal, khalovip requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie. This is a one-time process and is required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless your account activity triggers a review.

khalovip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

khalovip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first in all bets unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless khalovip explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts — will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• khalovip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the promotion. Bonuses are credited automatically upon qualifying deposit unless a bonus code is required, in which case the code must be entered before the deposit is confirmed.

All games on khalovip use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently audited and ensures that no party — including khalovip — can predict or influence the result of any game round. • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.

• If a game result is disputed, khalovip's server logs are the definitive record of what occurred. Players may request a log review by contacting support.
• khalovip reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds or on games affected by a technical error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on khalovip and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Creating more than one account on khalovip
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage — any winnings from exploited bugs will be voided
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means
• Using khalovip for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks)
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing khalovip staff or other players

khalovip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable belief that the account has been used in breach of these Terms.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email or in-app message. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. khalovip aims to complete all investigations within 14 business days, though complex cases may take longer.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting khalovip support. If you close your account voluntarily with a positive balance, your remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

khalovip collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on khalovip, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

khalovip will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

khalovip does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. khalovip will not be liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.

khalovip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of khalovip after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using khalovip and may request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Closing your account after an amendment has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
